How We Work
Amazing, skilled care professionals are ready to help right when you need it.
The pathway below highlights the key stages that Truly Care Services follows in order to provide you with a truly bespoke and high-quality home care service in just 3 easy steps.
Outline Your Needs
Our specialist Home Care Team receives your enquiry. We will discuss your requirements and provide information on the services that we can offer you, as well as an outline of costs.
Assessor Home Visit
We will arrange for a Truly Care Services Assessor to visit your home and undertake a care and risk assessment. Following this visit, a fully costed care package will be offered.
Finalise Care Package
We will finalise your care plan with you and your family and then identify the most suited care staff for you. We will also arrange for you to meet them to ensure that all of your needs are met.
Our assessors have great experience in matching the suitable carers to our clients. As well as skill levels the carers are also assessed for their interests and hobbies to ensure they match closely with clients – this includes cultural needs.
We carefully screen and interview every Truly Care Services carer to establish their reasons for choosing care as a career. We, therefore, select and employ only the carers that are truly caring and compassionate.
We select the best and highly skilled carers in advance, so they’re ready to provide the care you want, right when you need it. They are all thoroughly screened and background checked.
All our care staff members are trained and qualified to do the job you ask of them. Moreover, they have experience in a wide variety of specialist care including dementia and many others.
Truly Care Services specialises in providing home care to dependent adults – carefully matching carers to meet the needs of our clients.
We are growing through word of mouth and positive recommendations based on our consistently good service to our clients and carers.
We are registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission) and work closely with Social Services Departments and health professionals.
We know that if our carers are happy and confident in their abilities, they will do an excellent job.
Training is a core part of the carer induction process. We give all new carers an induction training course and every carer comes back for a yearly update. Training in specialist areas is also ongoing throughout their time with us.
We also have a specialist carer support team who are there to offer help, advice and a listening ear to all of our carers should they require it.
Our support staff are there to make sure that we have all the procedures working well to act quickly and efficiently on each client’s behalf, including our ability to start work for a client often within 24 or 48 hours of being asked.
